When you are out shopping, keep an eye out for what kinds of things you are seeing in stores. Are there certain elements you are seeing in home decor shops? Is there a favorite dress silhouette that is popping up in windows?
Go in with a discerning mind-set for details that pop out to you – colours, textures and shapes are all things to keep an eye out for as you are browsing the aisles. Of course, browsing catalogues and shopping online are great alternatives if you cannot get to the mall!

High-low skirts, flowy sleeves and revealing backs all got their start on the runway. In general, wedding fashion is often preceded by the designs that we see during fashion week so following fashion designers’ newest styles can give you an idea of what will be trendy in upcoming weddings.

Who knows what millennials love more than millennials? Do not hesitate to ask your trend-seeking clients what they are seeing and what they are looking for in an event, as it may give you insight into the up and coming trends in the market.
